AMAZING TWO-YEAR OLD
So, I just have to share about my Kliner. He potty trained himself last week!!! It was not on my agenda, but I guess it was on his. :) He is only 2 years and 9 months! I was planning on starting in the summer, but he beat me to it. One day before his swim lesson he wanted to get on his swim trunks and it was an hour before we go. So, I put him in his swim diaper along with his trunks and a few minutes later he came to me and said, " I need to go to potty." So, he went in and whalllla....he went! I couldn't believe it! Then he came back a few minutes later and went again, if you know what I mean. I don't think he realized he had a diaper on. I still put a diaper on him that night, but he woke up dry! So, from then on it has been BIG BOY PANTS!!! He is truly amazing! I guess I needed something positive and easy with how sick I am feeling. So, I guess the secret is swim diapers!!!

That's awesome!!! I'm going to have to try it with Cal...I would LOVE to not have him in diapers when this new baby comes! Swim diapers it is!
How lucky for you! That is so cute that he wanted to go all on his own. What a smart little guy. :)

Not fair, Jenni! There must be a potty training gene...and my kids did not get it:) At least you will only have one in diapers, that will be so nice.
Jen! Every day I think, I need to call and catch up with her! Sooo busy in the spring time! I hope you are not too sick lately. I can't believe Kline is two! What a sweetie he is, and you did need something easy to help you out.

I'm going to send Ashlyn over. Let me know when she's potty trained too, 'k? She keeps saying, "Potty?" but she's just messing with me. She doesn't mean it. I know, she's not even two yet...I'm just not looking forward to the whole process.
